FAQ

What are your opening hours?
Both Bali and Lombok locations are open every day from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Kitchen close on 10:30 PM
What kind of food do you serve?
A neighbourhood grill concept: wood-fire grilled steaks, seafood and vegetables chosen from a display chiller, plus burgers and desserts.

Popular cuts mentioned by guests include tenderloin, picanha and wagyu ribeye.
How is the food priced?
Meat and seafood selections from the display chiller are priced per 100 grams (in Rupiah), so cost depends on the cut and weight chosen.
Are you a halal-certified restaurant?
We are non-halal. Pork products are served and shared cooking equipment, grills, and kitchen surfaces are used.
How can I make a reservation?
Book via the SevenRooms links for each location (Bali or Lombok)

Or via our WhatsApp +62 823-4217-3719
Should I book ahead or can I walk in?
Reservations are encouraged - the venues' own social posts note tables fill up quickly, especially on live-music and event nights.
Do you have live music or events?
Bali hosts a weekly live-music night ('Out The Back', Thursdays from 7 PM).

Lombok has DJ nights. Weekly specials are posted in social media highlights and events details.
What drinks are available?
Draft beers, wines, craft cocktails and frozen drinks served at the Island Bar, plus a dessert/gelato menu.
Is Papi Sapi kid-friendly?
Not formally advertised as kid-focused, but guest reviews mention families with young children being welcomed and well looked after.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Vegetables are part of the display-chiller selection alongside meat and seafood, so plant-based sides/mains can be chosen, though the concept is meat-focused.
Can I see the menu before I go?
Yes - Bali and Lombok each have a separate PDF menu linked from the website's main navigation.
